[CENTER]Hello everyone
first congratulation for the XSIarabia
I’m a new user of XSI, I have a problem with the shaded mode and specially when I smooth my geometry I got a some dark areas around my geometry. I don’t know if this is a problem or not.
I reinstalled the soft, I also tried the 6 version even with the headlight activated always the same dark area around my geometry.
I have an ATI FireGL 128 (driver updated)
Here is some Screen shots

thanks a lot and sorry for my english

I don’t know if this is a problem or not.

thanks a lot and sorry for my english

You’re right Eternal Art
The problem comes from my graphic card, the render result is correct but the preview in the viewport is wrong. When I uninstall the driver the shaded mode works well.
I tested several drivers but no one fix the problem.
I don’t have the choice. I’ll keep using it until I find a correction driver or get another graphic card.
For the Arabic I don’t have an Arabic keyboard, and I’m very slow with the virtual keyboard, but I’ll try to train myself in the future.
So thank you again
